Dear Dualora customers,
As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government has implemented a 15% customs duty on imports from Turkey. As a small independent brand, I have always done my best to cover these additional costs for you. Until now, all Dualora orders were shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning I handled all customs duties and fees on your behalf.
However, with the new tariff increase, it is no longer possible for me to absorb these charges alone. Therefore, all Dualora shipments will now be sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
Here’s what this change means for you:
I will continue to prepare, package, and ship your orders with the same care and dedication as always.
Once your parcel arrives in the U.S., customs duties and taxes will be collected directly from you by U.S. Customs before the package can be delivered.
These payments are made directly to the U.S. government and are beyond Dualora’s control.
I understand that this is an adjustment and may cause some inconvenience. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, but out of necessity due to new regulations. My priority remains to offer meaningful, high-quality Dualora pieces while maintaining transparency and fairness with all customers.
